    Real human hair wigs, synthetic fiber wigs
    Customized wigs (such as special sizes and colors)
    Promotional or discounted goods
  2. Return and Refund Rules
    We currently do not support no-reason returns or refunds. As wigs are personal hygiene products, for health and safety reasons, all sold items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable (regardless of whether they have been opened or not).
    Exception:
    If the goods you receive have quality issues (such as severe hair loss, manufacturing defects) or are sent to the wrong person, please contact customer service within 24 hours after signing for the receipt and provide the following materials:
    Order number and problem description
    Clear photos/videos of the problem product
    Original packaging and labels
    We will verify and then provide you with an exchange or compensation plan (such as a partial refund).
